Amazing staff and serene vibes!

Had a blast chilling by the infinity pool! The staff was super friendly, and they even set up a romantic dinner for us on our last night. Only bummer was the limited dining options in the evenings, which felt a bit off. The breakfast by the pool was a highlight for sure!

The view from the jetty during sunset was breathtaking. The private jet ski experience brought immense joy to my daughter, making our stay truly memorable.

The hotel offers a fantastic view of the blue sea, especially from the pier. The staff, particularly Diana, provided exceptional service that made our stay memorable. Paddle boats and kayaks were available for free, allowing for great exploration of the area.

Unfortunately, the presence of insects in the private pool area was distracting at times.

Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, with a lovely large bed and an amazing private shower experience due to the complimentary 24-hour reception and direct beach access from the hotel.

Unexpected insects throughout our room, quite disturbing.

Despite the appealing design, the cleaning schedules seem to miss the mark completely. The bathrooms had a noticeable odor, likely from poor drainage, and several basic menu items were unavailable during our stay. issues with communication arose when the front desk wasn't responsive to calls, leaving us feeling slightly abandoned when we needed assistance, compounded by an uncomfortable sense of different treatment based on appearance. the culinary experience fell short due to a lack of available food options, drawing attention to management's oversight.

The Superior King Room was a dream! It had a large bed, beautiful decor with red petals, and an amazing private bathroom. The jetty is perfect for sunset pic pics. Loved the floating breakfast. worth the $30! Staff like Hamadi and Alan made it unforgettable! So many delicious dining options too!
